Does Withernwick want a Village Hall?
There will be an Public Meeting, for residents of Withernwick, at 7pm on Tuesday 15th January 2019, in the Falcon, to discuss whether the village want or needs a Village Hall.
All residents have been invited and encouraged to come along and provide their views, by a leaflet hand delivered to every house.
If a resident can’t make it to the meeting but wishes their views to be considered, the reverse of the leaflet can be completed and returned to the organisers.

An update on the progress at the windfarm on Cowden Lane Withernwick.
We have been importing stone to construct the access roads over the last month, and both entrances are now completed. We have also commenced excavations to all of the turbine bases.
Stone deliveries should slow down over the next week, however we are due to pour our first base on Tuesday 7th August. This will mean that there will be an increase in traffic movements on that day as concrete is brought to site. Approximately 45 loads of concrete will be fetched to site between 8am and 4pm ie. 5 to 6 loads per hour.
